NOVEMBER 2024 -"Power4Future_local" project workshops

We have great news! We have just finished the workshops for the participants of the #Power4Future_local project - the third edition has started! We have 5 teams on board, twenty-seven energetic participants and five committed supervisors. And what a lot has happened! During the workshops with Kuba Podgajnik, we polished our self-presentation and public speaking skills. We learned how to tame our emotions and effectively convey our thoughts. The goal? To reach the proverbial “Gdansk” in every statement! Maja Jesmanowicz showed us that teamwork is not always a piece of cake, especially when it comes to communication. But don't worry, now we know more, and at the end of the project, how to draw conclusions and ask ourselves the 5xWHY question. Now that's a method! Three teams have already had two-hour consultations with Sylwia Idzi Kompas Kariery. Now they are getting to work on their own mini projects for the local community in Brwinów. We can't wait to see the results! The first one will take place on December 7th at Primary School No. 1 in Brwinów. Stay tuned! We feel that this edition will be special.
