What is volunteering?

Volunteering itself is a free, voluntary work aimed at reaching common objectives, supporting the local community, non-governmental organization or a venture.

What is corporate volunteering?

Corporate volunteering  is company’s operations meant to bolster social-oriented activities of the employees,  who sacrifice their free time and use their skills, carrying out various kinds of works and services addressed to selected entities.

Corporate volunteering  is deeply incorporated into the idea of sustainable development, that is one of the corporate goals.

FORMIKA intends to support volunteering through:

• providing so called volunteering time – 4 hours a year, that are incorporated into working hours, recognized as fully payable
• giving each volunteer an accident insurance for the period someone has been involved in the volunteering projects
• ensuring adequate tools and materials to complete the volunteering project 

How to apply for volunteering projects in Formika?:

 Volunteering actions will be announce via email and in paper, in the dining room/ kitchen, on the information board in the production area.
