Sponsors and Partners
After holidays, we returned to the project of meal sponsoring provided for the children in the schools of Bieszczady region, covering in particular Ropienka and Wojtkowa. This school year, 64 children will be delivered a hot meal paid up by our Foundation.
Since the very start of our operations, we have been supporting children and youth in equalizing opportunities in the field of education and upbringing. It’s been another year of compensating charges for the English and art classes, piano lessons, tennis practices, football sessions for boys and girls as well as dance classes. We assist children suffering from speech pathology, behavior and pedagogical problems, financing relevant forms of therapy carried out by trained specialists. In this school year, 48 children will be beneficiaries of such an aid. These are children, whom we have been supporting for three years already, as well as those who joined this project in September and October.

July/August 2016 - RENOVATION OF THE DINING ROOM AT THE SPECIAL SCHOOL AND EDUCATIONAL CENTRE FOR CHILDREN IN BACZKÓW
In August, we renovated the canteen for children at the Special School and Educational Centre for Children in Baczków. It is a facility where children and adolescents with intellectual disabilities, autism, and coupled disorders learn and stay. The Centre is composed of: – an elementary school, –a secondary school,- a vocational training school – a rehabilitation and educational centre for children with severe intellectual disability (3 – 25-year-old), and – a boarding house.
The children and the adolescents of the Special School and Educational Centre in Baczków can stay at the Centre’s boarding house. It provides care throughout a week, both on school days and on Saturdays and Sundays. The facility features its own kitchen which directly prepares and distributes meals. The former dining room has not been renovated for years. One large wall was entirely dank, there was mould on walls. And we decided to help just here and financed the renovation of this room, including the removal of the source of moisture. The works included the replacement of the floor, painting the wall, the replacement of the window boards, the removal of moisture, and the protection of the walls outside the building.
