OUR TRAININGS

As a foundation, we have organized two open trainings addressed to the management staff.

The first of them titled: "BUILDING CULTURE OF RESPONSIBILITY THROUGH LEADERSHIP" took place on November 30, 2016 in Warsaw.

We invited Poland's largest specialist in building a culture of responsibility - Mr. Krzysztof Kotapski *. He led a one-day training, from which all proceeds were allocated to the statutory goals of our foundation.

The coach showed our participants what exactly can be done on a daily basis to gain even more responsibility from employees. Participation in training is not only the realization of the idea of helping others, but also the acquisition of concrete, real knowledge. The purpose of the training was to practice actions that managers can undertake to transfer employees effectively to the implementation of business goals.

* A permanent advisor to management boards in over 40 companies, a lecturer at the MBA studies in Poznań. A charismatic leader, whose training moves deeply and causes huge changes both in the organization and in ourselves.

• The second foundation training entitled "BUILDING A COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE ON THE CULTURE OF DIALOGUE IN THE ORGANIZATION" took place on 22 September 2017, also in Warsaw.

This time, during a 1-day training, a topic of creating conditions for the so-called dialogue culture, or permanent introduction to the organization: awareness of what exactly a manager can do to encourage colleagues to dialogue and problem solving, precise expectations and formulating statements, simplify information flow, awareness of what managers are responsible for during conversation, openness to understand different perspectives of other employees, culture to develop lasting solutions, was discussed.

As in the previous training - all proceeds were used for statutory goals of the foundation. The detailed goal was to support the process of becoming independent of young people who, with the  age of 18, leave the orphanage or foster family.

WE THANK OUR COACH, MR KRZYSZTOF KOTAPSKI, FOR CONDUCTING BOTH TRAININGS, AND BEING ENGAGED IN HELP
